     Welcome to the California Public Utilities Commission’s (CPUC) Lodi Gas Storage project Web site.  The CPUC is reviewing an application from Lodi Gas Storage, a subsidiary of Western Hub Properties, for authority to develop a natural gas storage facility and construct a natural gas pipeline. The CPUC, through its Environmental Review Team, is also conducting an environmental review of the project.   The CPUC is also currently considering changes to its natural gas policies under its Natural Gas Strategy rulemaking proceeding.  Application Number: 98-11-012
