Definitions of Terms as Used in These Rule
23.4 Subsurface Equipment Enclosure means a chamber
in a supply system, usually smaller than a manhole, with a removable top
or cover, and affording access to transformers, cables or other equipment
or apparatus (See Appendix B, Figs. 17 and 18.).
