58.6    Time Switches, Meters and Other Apparatus.

Time switches, meters and other apparatus used in connection with transformer installations (where located on the transformer pole) shall not be installed in the climbing space.  Where placed at more than 16 feet above the ground line, they shall be located on same side of pole as the transformer installation.
