92.4 Open Wire Drops (See App. G, Fig. 8.)
Open wire drops from circuits to
services, street lights, etc. may pass through the conductor levels of
different classifications under the following conditions:
Where they do not impair the climbing or working space.
Where they are carried in the space between the two pole conductors and are supported by attachments to cross arms or other supports arranged to maintain the required conductor clearances from poles, structures and other conductors.
Where they are carried in such spaces in conduit or moulding attached directly to the pole.
Where they are carried over the ends of cross arms and are rigidly supported thereon by means of brackets or other suitable supports affording a horizontal clearance between the conductors, of different classifications, of not less than 12 inches.
