This includes situations in which overhead electric supply or communication wires cross beneath bridges, viaducts or other structures.  The following rules are merely supplemental to the rules covering construction details of the various classes of lines when alone, and such rules shall be followed in all respects except as modified herein, or when clearly inapplicable.
