Supply Lines Or Signal Lines Crossing Under Railway Structures

131    General

This includes situation in which overhead electric supply or signal wires cross beneath bridges, viaducts or other structures of any steam or interurban electric railroad or any local elevated or street railroad.  The following rules are merely supplemental to the rules given for lines in general, and to the rules covering construction details of the various classes of lines when alone, and such rules shall be followed in all respects except as modified herein, or when clearly inapplicable.
