Welcome to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) web site for the Looking Glass Networks' fiber optic cable network project. The CPUC reviewed an application to install conduit and related facilities as a means of creating metropolitan area networks to serve aggregation points in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Los Angeles Basin. The project was approved by the CPUC in D.03-02-064 in February 2003.
