Construction Highlights

01/02/99 (Saturday)

Segment 1 (Emidio to ANF) - Report for 2 January 1999: Construction crews were working south of the I-5/Tejon Bench bore laying pipe, crews were pushing pipe through the I-5/Tejon Bench bore from the west side (only one more joint until the pipe is through), pipe was also being installed at the Grapevine Creek bore (Stream Crossing #9). Hydrotest crew prepared for fill at Trib to Cuddy Creek. A memo was issued regarding an unprotected storm drain south of Trib to Cuddy Creek. Non-compliance #110011 was issued because spoils are entering Trib to Cuddy Creek and there are no erosion control devices in place.
