The following is a brief summary of the environmental monitoring activities that were completed between January 09, 1999 1:00 and 1:00 on January 10, 1999. Construction Highlights

01/09/99 (Saturday)

Segment 1 (Emidio Pump Station to Copco Road): Report for 9 January 1999: Fiber optic crews worked pulling cable north of the Warbler Skip, as well as on Tejon Bench. Coating worked on five welds on the north end of Tejon Bench. Crews at Grapevine Creek continued to work on the tie in on the north side, and the ditch on the south side. Ditch was cleaned out and fiber optic conduit was strung by Grapevine Station. The ditch crew at the top of Grapevine Road, at the bore site, continued to have slow progress due to the cross lines.
