Construction Highlights

01/26/99 (Tuesday)

Segment 1: Report for 1-26-99. No activity due to weather condition.

Segment 5 (Lynwood to Long Beach): Report for 1-26-99. Trenching began at the south end of the Huntway segment with crews completing 20' of ditch. Meanwhile work to complete the welds for the 16'' tie-in continued inside the Tosco refinery. Due to rain work was halted at 9:30 AM across the segment.
