Construction Highlights

02/15/99 (Monday)

Segment 5 (Lynwood to Long Beach) Report for 15 February 1999: In the morning, crews finished the weld and x-ray of length of pipe that was laid for Huntway in the landfill area. Crews then moved inside Huntway refinery to work at the bore. The Environmental Inspector, Native American Monitor, and Contaminated Soils Monitor were on-site. No work occurred today at the Edison site. Inspectors continue to monitor line fill at the Lynwood and El Segundo stations.
