RE: Decision on Variance Request to Mitigation Measure A-14**
Dear Mr. Shauers:
This letter constitutes denial of Variance Request No. 14 from Kenneth J. Lord, dated August 17, 1997, regarding the modification of the ANF Transportation Plan to allow personnel vehicles to travel on the Old Ridge Route.
This denial is based on the need to prevent unnecessary project impacts on the Old Ridge Route, a historical property.
