Dear Mr. Shauers:
This letter will approve revised Variance
Request No. 18 from Kenneth J. Lord, dated September 22, 1997, to
allow for Sunday construction on the ANF through October 31,
1997. This approval is subject to the following conditions:
- Signs to notify the public of Sunday
construction activities will be posted on all project
access roads at least 72 hours prior to Sunday
construction. Signs shall have a contact phone number for
PPSI.
- No construction activities or project
vehicles shall be in the area between Old Ridge route
crossing in Section 21, T6N, R17W and Templin Highway.
This decision is subject to administrative review under 36 CFR
251. Requests for review must comply with that section and be
filed with the Forest Supervisor within 45 days.
