This letter will approve Variance Request No. 19 from Kenneth J. Lord, dated September 18, 1997, to allow for 24 hour hydrostatic testing on the ANF. Please minimize project activities in the Paradise Ranch area at night and on Sunday. This approval does not imply approval of future similar requests.
This decision is subject to administrative review under 36 CFR 251. Requests for review must comply with that section and be filed with the Forest Supervisor within 45 days.
