NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California has set the Public Participation Hearing in the above-entitled matter before an Administrative Law Judge as follows:

A Public Participation Hearing is scheduled to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the adequacy and completeness of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR). An Administrative Law Judge will be there to listen to your comments, and a court reporter will be recording your comments. Your comments will be considered for the Final EIR.
Parties desiring expedited transcripts should advise the Chief Hearing Reporter by telephone at (415) 703-2288, no later than three days prior to the first day of hearing.
