XV. RECREATION
,b) The Fulton site does not have existing recreational uses, and construction of the project would not increase the demand for recreational facilities. The Geysers site is used by the land owners for private recreation including hunting and scenic driving. No public recreational facilities are present. The proposed facilities would not interfere with the existing recreational uses of the site. Therefore, the proposed project would result in no impact on the quality or quantity of existing recreational opportunities.
