This website contains information related to the environmental review of Sempra Communications’ application (A.00-02-020) for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to operate as a facilities-based reseller of telecommunications services to selected markets throughout California.

As the Lead Agency in this matter, the CPUC determined that Sempra Communications was required to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) as the appropriate document for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review of the project.
