56.7    Guys From Level of 17,000 Volts or More.

Guys from the level of conductors of 17,000 volts or more shall have their lower ends permanently grounded, either through the medium of metal poles, ground wires or anchor guys, provided the clearances of guys and conductors specified in Rule 56.6-D1 and Rule 56.6-D2 can be maintained.
