72.4    Marking.

Any pole or structure supporting only trolley contact conductors and any crossarm (either of wood or metal) or any appliance used in lieu thereof attached to the pole or structure which supports only supply conductors are used as a “feeder” to the trolley contact conductors, need not be painted yellow nor have high voltage signs attached thereto as required by Rule 52.4.
