77.2    Inclusions

This includes cross span wires, pull-offs, trolley strain guys and other wires used to support trolley contact conductors and appurtenances.  The suspensions or hangers attached to the span wires or messengers and supporting the trolley contact conductors shall be adequately insulated for the trolley voltage except where catenary construction is involved.
