88.1    Cable Terminals or Boxes

Cable terminals or boxes may be placed upon any surface of the supporting pole, excepting those terminals or boxes which extend 5 inches or more from the surface of the pole, in which case such equipment must be placed outside of the climbing space.  This does not apply to equipment placed within the top 3 feet of a pole which carries no cross arms.
