95    Transformer Locations.

Transformers shall normally be located above communication equipment.  Where it is necessary to locate transformers below communication equipment they shall be placed at least 6 feet below and all energized parts shall be protected and guarded so as to afford the least possibility of contact.  In installations of this character lateral or vertical runs passing through communication equipment shall be installed in conduit or other material of equal insulation.
