Supply Lines And Communication Lines Crossings Over Railways

113.5    Communication.

For crossing spans, the minimum size of open wire shall not be less than No. 12 Stl W.G. galvanized steel or No. 10A.W.G. copper or copper covered steel.  No paired wire conductors shall be used without supporting messengers in spans exceeding 125 feet.
