90    General

The following rules cover certain detail of construction on jointly used poles (see Rule 21.6 for definition of jointly used poles).  These rules are additional to those contained in other sections, and the requirements of such other sections shall be followed in all respects except as modified herein.

No attempt is made in these rules to deal with the prevention or mitigation of inductive interference in communication lines resulting from supply lines.
