54.4-A4) Above Swimming Pools: Crossings
of conductors above swimming pools shall be avoided where practicable. Unprotected
line conductors shall have radial clearances from the top edge of the swimming
pool walls and vertical clearances above the highest water level of the pool
surface not less than the clearances specified in Table 1, Case 3, Columns
D, E and F.
