83.4-A1)    Bonds between Separate Communication Messengers or Guys above or below Electric Circuits: Bonds are required between separate communication messengers or guys, attached above or below electric supply circuits, railway signal circuits or Class T electric railroad or trolley circuits on the same pole line system, at all dead–end poles and at intervals not to exceed 1,500 feet.
