Dear Mr. Shauers:
We have reviewed the above-referenced request, and our decision follows.
Approved; however, the following measures shall be implemented:
RECLAIM Trading Credits (RTCs) and/or Emission Reduction Credits (ERCs) shall be obtained in an amount that is equivalent to the reductions that would be realized with catalytic converters. RTCs and/or ERCs provided shall be from sources certified by the SCAQMD. Proof of purchase of RTCs and/or ERCs shall be provided by August 8, 1997.
No sale of RTCs and/or ERCs shall occur during the duration of project construction.
