We have reviewed the above-referenced variance request, and approve your request based on the following factors:
•Reclaimed water facilities are closed during the evening hours.
•Tank storage of reclaimed water is not recommended by the reclaimed water purveyor since algal blooms and bacteria growth can occur within 36 hours.
