MITIGATED NEGATIVE
DECLARATION Because approval of this action
is discretionary on the part of the CPUC, California law
requires this CEQA review. On October 22, 1997 the
Commission adopted (Commission Decision 97-10-059) a
Mitigated Negative Declaration (dated October 21, 1997)
as revised by the CPUC Energy Division in response to
comments received and a Mitigation Monitoring and
Reporting Program. This decision, the Mitigated Negative
Declaration and related documents are viewable on-line or
can be downloaded from this site. A summary letter of
this action may be viewed here. Print copies are available upon request (see address below).
