Why was a revised MND published for this project?

In the spring of 2004 PG&E and SPBPC amended their application to revise the details of the divistiture. The Final MND published 2002 was never adopted by the Commission so a revised DMND was published on November 24, 2004 with the Final MND published March 11, 2005 to update the environmental review for the proposed sale of the assets. Please see the project pages for the Richmond Pipeline. Note: As of July 21, 2005, A.00-05-035 & A.00-12-008, were granted by the Commission. All proceedings are now closed.
