Richmond PipelineOn March 11, 2005 the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) published a Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (Revised) (Final MND) for consideration of Pacific Gas and Electric Company' (PG&E) Application (A.00-05-035) and San Pablo Bay Pipeline Company's (SPBPC) Application (A.00-12-008). This Final MND has been prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and incorporates changes resulting from comments submitted during the Draft MND comment period (November 24, 2004 through December 27, 2004). On November 24, 2004 the Commission’s Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (Revised) (DMND) conducted on PG&E divestiture application No.s A.00-05-035 and SPBPC's application A.00-12-008 was filed published for public review and comment. A 30-day public comment period was provided which ended on 5pm on December 27, 2004. On May 29, 2002 ALJ Patrick held a prehearing conference on A.00-05-035 and A.00-12-008 in the Comission Courtroom, State Office Building, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA on June 20, 2002 at 10:00am. On April 23, 2002 the CPUC published the Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (FMND) for PG&E divestiture application No.s A.00-05-035 and A.00-12-008. This document is available on this website and at the following locations list below for the DMND. On October 30, 2001 the Commission’s Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (DMND) conducted on PG&E divestiture application No.s A.00-05-035 and SPBPC's application A.00-12-008 was filed published for public review and comment. Public Meeting on Richmond PipelineA public meeting was held to discuss the Richmond Pipeline (A.00-05-035 and A.00-12-008) on November 15, 2001 at 7:00 pm at the Las Juntas Elementary School, located on 4105 Pacheco Blvd. in Martinez, California.Meeting participants were given an overview of the proposed sale and an opportunity to comment on the proposed project and Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration.
