79.4    Warning Signs

At every cattle guard, gate or other opening in the fence surrounding the third rail, a sign bearing the words, “Danger,” “Electric Third Rail” and “Keep Away,” in letters at least three inches in height, shall be installed.  The sign may carry other information relative to the hazard present, but these three items shall be in type of larger size than the rest.
