11 Purpose of Rules
The purpose of these rules is to formulate, for the Sate of California, uniform standards for overhead electrical line construction, the application of which will insure more adequate service and secure greater safety to persons engaged in the construction, maintenance, operation or use of overhead electrical lines and to the public in general.
