Welcome to the California Public Utilities
Commission's (CPUC) Bolsa Chica Water Line and Wastewater Service Project web site.
The CPUC is reviewing an application from Southern California Water Company (SCWC) for
approval to construct a 6.7-mile underground water line to serve the Bolsa Chica Planned
Community in Orange County. SCWC has also requested approval to be designated the
wastewater management agency for the Bolsa Chica Planned Community. The CPUC,
through its Environmental
Review Team, is also conducting an environmental review
of the project. Application Numbers: 98-11-003 and 98-11-015.
