Commission's (CPUC) Williams Communications, Inc. Fiber Optic Cable System Installation Project
web site. On October 21, 1999, the CPUC approved the Williams original Application
Number A98-12-037 for ten routes and issued a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. In February 2000,
Williams filed a Petition to Modify their application. This petition added a new route from Riverside to San Diego. The CPUC is reviewing the Petition to Modify.
