54.6-C4)    Extent of Run: The suitable protective covering (see Rule 22.2) required for protection by this Rule 54.6–C shall extend on the bottom surface of the crossarm and in no case shall the covering be terminated at clearances from the centerline of pole less than specified for conductors in Table 1, Case 8 .
