If there are no service lists for a particular proceeding, then no links will show up for that proceeding.

If there are multiple service lists for a proceeding, then a separate proceeding record will be listed for each service list.

To make a change or to be added to a service list, please complete the Addition/Change to Service List Form and forward it as described on page 2 of the form.

The CPUC also has a free online subscription service that allows access to documents published on our website.

For service lists not found below, you can request a copy from the Process Office (415) 703-2021, or email: process_office@cpuc.ca.gov.

NOTE: The California Public Utilities Commission has a limit of thirty-five recipients per email item for incoming email to all CPUC accounts. This limitation is imposed to 1) minimize spammers' efforts to flood mail servers with junk mail and 2) to prevent potential exposure from unsolicited email messages and attachments that can cause damage to critical CPUC internal networking systems.

In order to ensure that your message reaches all intended recipients, please confirm that your email distribution lists do not exceed thirty-five recipients. If you have more than thirty-five intended recipients, please split the recipients into lists of 35 and then send your message.
